J's BBQ Catering brings the traditional and wholly unique experience
of Southern-style Pit Bar-B-Que to the tri-state area. Serving New
York, Connecticut and Northern New Jersey
we bring our customers delicious smoked specialty meats and elegant side dishes
typically found served at regional feasts.
Bringing a well-loved Southern tradition to your event our grill caterers
specialize in serving slow, wood-smoked Pit BBQ meats including Pork
Shoulder(Pulled Pork), Beef Brisket, Baby Back Ribs and Roasted
Whole Hogs, all prepared to a perfect, smoky tenderness. Our secret
barbecue rubs and sauces have been refined over many years, and are exclusively
our own! Most of all of the smoking will be done on-site, and our experienced
pit BBQ chefs and grill crew always strive for flavor excellence. Your
party will be a memorable event as our state-of-the-art mobile BBQ pits arrive
ready to prepare a truly unique dining experience. A Smoking J's BBQ

mobile BBQ pits in our fleet, and can produce great BBQ for large gatherings
of up to 500 people, or for smaller, intimate parties of 25 or more. Our staff
is trained and are fired up and ready to BBQ NY, BBQ NJ and BBQ CT. Barbecue
is our passion, and bringing authentic, yet upscale BBQ parties to you and
your guests is our mission! We are fully licensed and insured.
We serve most
locations in the tri-state area and the following counties within New
York State : Hudson Valley, Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester,
Rockland, Orange, Columbia, Sullivan, Ulster, Nassau and most
